To fill out the online application form for the MGUG Entrance Test starting from April 1, 2025, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website at https://mgug.ac.in/ .
Step 2: Click on the MGUG Entrance Test registration link on the homepage.
Step 3: Enter your details such as Name, email address and phone number.
Step 4: Once registered, login using your application number and password.
Step 5: Fill in the application form and upload the necessary documents.
Step 6: Save, submit and pay the fees.
Step 7: Download the application form for future reference.

Candidates can apply for a minimum of ONE and a maximum of FIVE courses by paying the application fee of Rs. 1000/-.

The application Form Correction window will be open from May 1st, 2025, till May 5th, 2025. Candidates who filled in the MGUG Entrance Test 2025-26 application form and made mistakes will have the opportunity to edit it.

For admission to the university through MGUG Entrance Test 2025-26, the existing policies regarding quota, category, relaxations, reservations, qualifications, subject combinations, preferences, etc., of the university shall be applicable. For the eligibility criteria for admission, candidates are advised to visit the University website. Candidates should satisfy themselves before applying that they possess the eligibility criteria laid down by the University. Mere appearance in the Entrance Test or securing the minimum pass percentage in the test does not entitle a candidate to be considered for admission to the Programme unless he/she fulfills the Programme-wise eligibility criteria of the University.

The names of the test centers will be mentioned on the Admit Card issued.

Yes. There are specific time slots/schedules for different programmes/disciplines, which will be available on the university website/admit card.

The registration fee for MGUG Entrance Test 2025-26 can be paid from April 1st to April 30th, 2025,through Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

The application fee is Rs. 1000/- for all categories.

Candidates need to upload scanned images of photograph and signature with the Application Form. No certificates are required to be uploaded along with the Application Form at the time of online submission. The documents / certificates etc., shall be verified physically at the time of admission.

MGUG Entrance Test 2025-26 examinations of the university will be held on May 19th, May 21st, and May 26th, 2025, as per the disciplines mentioned and uploaded on the university website.

Candidates who have successfully filled in and submitted the application form, will be able to download the admit card from the university website from May 14th, 2025.The admit card contains the candidate's personal information along with the examination center and other guidelines.

The MGUG Entrance Test 2025-26 counselling or admission process shall tentatively start from June 5th to June 14th, 2025, after the declaration of the result.

No. The applicant should use only their email address and mobile number as all the information will be sent on the registered e-mail ID and mobile phone.

The duration will be of 2 hrs. with 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) about the particular programme to which the candidate has applied.
